The Lioness and the Ragman

A few days before Daman broke his silence,

the dream world gifted me this vision.

In that encounter with my divine masculine, words were unnecessary.

There I experienced the truth of our energetic connection:

he feels my emotions, but that night, I held his shame and sadness.

What you read below is the dance of that revelation.

Once there was a lioness

who walked under a starless night.

The world around her was dark and dense,

as if everything were made of shadows and unresolved silences.

Only the moon, high and distant,

provided enough light to keep from getting lost.

The lioness was not afraid.

She had learned to walk in the dark,

to recognize her own roars, and not to flee from them.

That night, however, she did not walk alone.

There was a presence.

It was not an enemy... but neither was it a refuge.

It was a man...

A man covered in rags, with his gaze lowered

and the weight of his own shame hanging from his shoulders.

He was close... so close that the lioness could feel his breath.

But he did not touch her.

He never touched her.

The lioness, with her fire intact, tried to draw near.

Not to save him... but to find herself in him.

She wanted to merge, to unite,

to recognize in that other the dance she once felt shared.

But the man retreated without moving.

He shrank without disappearing.

He stayed... but he never arrived.

Then something strange happened...

Their bodies began to move at the same time.

They leaned,

they rose,

they knelt... as if the same force guided them from within.

It was a perfect dance.

Synchronized,

precise,

beautiful,

—but without contact.

The lioness looked at him

from above in a suspended moment,

and she truly saw him.

She didn't see a fallen king.

She didn't see a wounded warrior.

She saw someone...

who could not hold the gaze of one who truly knows how to love.

And in that moment... she understood,

It was not her task to lift him up.

It was not her mission to clothe him in gold.

It was not her destiny to drag him out of his own shame.

Because the problem was never the connection.

The problem was the capacity to sustain it.

The lioness then descended.

She lay upon the cold earth,

and she stopped trying to reach him.

They continued moving together...

but now she no longer sought union,

Only presence.

Only truth.

And in that shared silence,

she understood something that set her free:

"There are bonds born in synchronicity, but they are not destined to stay.

There are souls that walk beside you, but they cannot walk with you.

And the most powerful love, is not the one that insists...

but the one that knows when to let go,

without ceasing to be who it is."

Moral:

Not everything that feels profound,

is destined to hold up in reality.

Sometimes, true strength is not in saving the other...

but in recognizing when their path can no longer cross yours,

without you losing yourself.
